Thank you listeners, DJs, and sponsors for making CRD 2012 such a success. Some great stories were shared on our facebook and twitter page, including a shout-out from one of our station founders! When asked why he loves college radio, Jim Bolt said “It gave me a sense of purpose and community involvement. It also gave me some life long friends. Now, it helps keep me young at heart!” We couldn’t agree more.

KSSU is broadcasting the 2011 Goon Squad Classic from the UC Davis Pavilion on Sunday, November 20th. Tip off is at 6:30pm

KSSU Sports Director Nate Goodyear (@thenategoodyear) and Kyle Madson (@madsports8) will be calling the game. Follow those guys on twitter for more info. And as always, listen to KSSU to hear the game.

I’m so excited about this I haven’t slept for the past few days. Doesn’t look like I will be getting any sleep until tip off.
